Integrations are the connectors between Perform.AI and the systems you already run: your store, your marketing tools and your own data pipelines. They bring shipment and order data into Perform.AI without custom development, and push shipment updates back out to the systems that need them. Every module in Perform.AI works from the same shipment data, so the integration you choose decides how that data arrives. A store connection imports orders as they are fulfilled, a file upload adds shipments in bulk, and the Public API gives your own systems a direct write path. Outgoing webhooks and the Klaviyo connection carry delivery updates out again, to your systems and to your shoppers.

Shopify

Connect one or more Shopify stores to Perform.AI. Orders and shipments import automatically, with no code to write.

Klaviyo

Send shipment events to your Klaviyo account so your email and SMS flows react to delivery status.

File Upload

Create shipments and orders in bulk from a CSV template in the portal or through an SFTP folder, with a status report for every file.

Webhooks

Receive a signed shipment update at your endpoint every time Perform.AI processes new events.

Kafka

Send shipment creates and updates over Kafka. Available on request.
