Perform.AI plugin for ChatGPT
The Perform.AI plugin is available in ChatGPT.
  • Search for Perform.AI on the ChatGPT Plugins page, select +, and sign in with your Perform.AI account. See Installation.
  • The plugin connects to https://mcp.perform.ai/mcp-invoke, which reaches the same read-only data through eight tools. See Tools in the ChatGPT plugin.
  • ChatGPT workspace admins can make the plugin available to everyone in the workspace.
  • The MCP tools page now lists the current tool names and the two workflow guides the server publishes.

Product Documentation
This portal now documents every Perform.AI product, not only the API.
  • New Product Documentation tab with 60 pages across Platform, AI Decision Intelligence, AI Commerce Visibility, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Returns, Logistics and Integrations. Each page covers what the product does, how to set it up in the portal and how to reach it through the API and MCP. Start at Welcome to Perform.AI.
  • Features you can enable through your account team are marked Available on request, for example Checkout widget A/B testing, Returns policy rules and the Kafka integration.
  • The API guides, concepts and essentials now sit under the Developers tab. Their addresses have not changed.
  • The changelog has its own Changelog tab.

PUDO deprecation dates extended
The removal of the deprecated PUDO locations fields moves to early November 2026.
  • uuid → pudo_location_uuid: removal moves from end of July 2026 to early November 2026.
  • location_type/mapped_location_type → location_types/mapped_location_types: removal moves from end of August 2026 to early November 2026.
The old fields are still returned alongside the new ones until then. Migrate your integration before early November. See the PUDO guide.

Portal launch
The Perform.AI Developer Portal launches — replacing the previous Parcel Perform developer portal as part of the Perform.AI rebrand.
  • New home: this portal. The old portal’s addresses redirect here.
  • New API base URL: https://api.perform.ai. The legacy api.parcelperform.com continues to work for existing integrations.
  • Full documentation refresh: every guide and reference page rewritten and verified against the live API, with a live playground on every endpoint.
  • New: the Perform.AI MCP server — connect Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants to your account data.
  • Field-level deprecations in the PUDO locations API: uuid → pudo_location_uuid (removal end of July 2026 — already announced), location_type/mapped_location_type → the list forms (removal end of August 2026). See the PUDO guide.
