The problem it solves
The delivery promise is made at the moment of sale, but everything that would make it keepable sits downstream of the storefront: what each carrier achieves on that lane, what the warehouse can still ship today, what the season is doing to the network. Without that view, a brand either shows a range wide enough to be safe on the worst day, or shows nothing and lets the shopper guess. Shoppers and the agents comparing on their behalf treat a range as an unknown and a missing date as worse. A static rule or a carrier SLA typed into a template also has no feedback loop, so the first party to find out the number was wrong is the customer. Checkout closes that gap with a date predicted from your own data, shown consistently from product page to order confirmation, measured against conversion and against what was delivered.Features
Checkout EDD Widget
An embeddable component that shows the estimated delivery date on your product, cart, checkout and order confirmation pages, in your design and language.
Checkout Widget A/B Testing
Measure your current delivery display, then compare it against the Perform.AI date on live traffic by conversion rate.
Shipment EDD
The delivery date for an order that already exists, updated as the parcel moves and shown on the Tracking Page, in notifications and in Shipment Overview.
Checkout Analytics
Sessions, conversion rate and funnel drop-off per storefront domain, plus self-serve control over which widget sits on which page.
EDD Prediction Model
The model built for your brand that turns your order and delivery history, warehouse rules and Perform.AI network data into a delivery date.
Pick-Up Point Selector
Let shoppers choose a nearby parcel locker, parcel shop or service point inside the checkout, from the same widget that shows the delivery date.
How the features work together
- One date, one definition, from product page to doorstep. The EDD Prediction Model produces it, the Checkout EDD Widget shows it, Shipment EDD carries it after the order and Checkout Analytics scores it.
- The promise a shopper was given is the promise that gets measured. Passing the checkout reference at shipment creation means the date in the order confirmation email and on the Tracking Page is the one shown at checkout.
- Delivery choice without a second integration. Pick-up points render in the widget that is already on the page, and the chosen point is booked with the carrier through Logistics.
Build with the API and MCP
- Predict checkout delivery dates: request the same prediction the widget shows and render it yourself.
- Retrieve PUDO locations and Create a Booking: power your own pick-up point step and book the chosen location.
- Shopify integration: connect your Shopify store.
- MCP tools: read checkout domains and widget variants from the AI assistant your team already uses.
