# Post-Purchase

> Everything between the order and the doorstep: tracking pages, delivery notifications, shipment overview, ratings, campaigns and claims.

**Available to all Post-Purchase customers.**

Post-Purchase covers everything between the order and the doorstep. Shipments from every carrier and channel are tracked in one place, shoppers follow their parcel on your own Tracking Page and hear about each step through notifications, and your team sees, acts on and reports on every shipment. Claims on lost and damaged parcels are part of Post-Purchase.

The problem it solves is the “where is my order” question. Answered on the carrier’s site, it costs you the shopper’s attention and a support ticket. Answered on your Tracking Page and in your notifications, it keeps the shopper with your brand and gives your team one record of the delivery to work from.
