# Integrations

> Connectors that move shipment and order data between Perform.AI and your store, marketing tools and data systems.

Integrations are the connectors between Perform.AI and the systems you already run: your store, your marketing tools and your own data pipelines. They bring shipment and order data into Perform.AI without custom development, and push shipment updates back out to the systems that need them.

Every module in Perform.AI works from the same shipment data, so the integration you choose decides how that data arrives. A store connection imports orders as they are fulfilled, a file upload adds shipments in bulk, and the Public API gives your own systems a direct write path. Outgoing webhooks and the Klaviyo connection carry delivery updates out again, to your systems and to your shoppers.

## Ways to bring data in

Perform.AI accepts shipment data through several methods. Which one fits depends on your technical capabilities and how your data flows.

| Method | How it works | Where to start |
| - | - | - |
| Portal and file upload | Create shipments one at a time, in bulk by tracking number, or by uploading a CSV file from **Shipment Overview**. | [File Upload](https://developers.perform.ai/products/integrations/file-upload.md) |
| SFTP | Drop files into an SFTP folder that Perform.AI pulls and processes on a schedule. Perform.AI can parse your own file format and map it to its schema. | [File Upload](https://developers.perform.ai/products/integrations/file-upload.md) |
| Shopify | Connect one or more Shopify stores. Orders and shipments import automatically. | [Shopify](https://developers.perform.ai/products/integrations/shopify.md) |
| Public API | Your systems create and update shipments and add events over HTTPS with OAuth 2.0 credentials issued per account. | [Developers introduction](https://developers.perform.ai/introduction.md) |
| Incoming webhooks | Perform.AI provides a dedicated endpoint your system pushes to; each call is authenticated and creates or updates a shipment in real time. Set up with your account team. | [Data Integration](https://developers.perform.ai/products/platform/data-integration.md) |
| Your own or a carrier’s API | Perform.AI connects to an API you or your carrier own, retrieves shipment data on a schedule and creates the shipments for you. Set up with your account team. | [Data Integration](https://developers.perform.ai/products/platform/data-integration.md) |
| Kafka | Send shipment creates and updates over a Kafka topic. | [Kafka](https://developers.perform.ai/products/integrations/kafka.md) |
